Crime has gone up and down, but honestly - that area the last 3-4 years has just gotten worse. I'm with you, the want to proclaim DC wonderful is strong with me, but I've been held at knife point, my neighbor was assaulted, and blocks from the Arena a young woman was raped on the playground. First step to dealing with the crime issue is admitting it exists.[/quote]
