[/quote] Not necessarily, there have been other carjackings in that area, from all 3 hospitals, that were crimes of opportunity. Not necessarily some escaped mental patient scenario. There is a lot of crime in that area if you look at the DCMPD crime cards and it is near other crime hot spots too with easy access roads. Unclear what the endgame was driving downtown. [/quote]
