Moved over things from ESSR like they had been telling folks for 1 1/2 years was coming. Submitted their budget to the county council. Told the councils major cuts would be needed if the Execs initial budget offering was passed and now that the final budget is out are making cuts necessary to meet it and be sure they are fiscal for the coming year. MCPS doesn’t set the county budget dates. This is the same thing that happens to any organization when it has to make cuts.[/quote]
