I am always appreciative when a host has vegetarian options, and I don’t want them to feel pressured to overthink whether the options are sufficient for me. I write this not to criticize you, but to try to encourage all of the future hosts reading this thread to not stress so much about what vegetarian items you are serving, it’s thoughtful that you are serving them period.
