As a healthcare worker, can you explain how this woman is able to live her life even without hand washing?  Is it most important for the vulnerable people?  This woman is a grandmother so I assume she is 60+.  I am not advocating for non hand washing but maybe her tolerance for germs has just been raised?[/quote]
