I rent out a few single family houses and am one of the few landlords who would consider - and have rented to - tenants with two dogs. Three dogs is right out. [/quote]

Yes children,
Yours might be okay, but some kids put toys in the toilet , kitchen trash disposal
and I have more luck with pet owners renting my rental house.[/quote]
My neighbors didn't even know we had a kid til they saw him. He was on screens and otherwise quiet. My neighbor's dog is not on screen. It is barking when left alone too long. Also, his collar is so loud already as it walks it in corridor waking everyone up.[/quote]
