If there IS a tape of the incident you need it straightaway or they will lose it. He needs to show that the other student pushed the kid, not your father. Hopefully catch the boy who is accusing him in a lie.

Well, he mentions it happening in the bathroom but then says it was recorded. Nobody is recording a bathroom children use. So it’s his word against this child’s word as to what happened in the bathroom, and a more than likely reluctant third party, or the whole thing would be resolved by now. But the bathroom matters. He should have walked right out when the boy walked in. [/quote]

The boy is seen on camera in the hallway going into the bathroom after my dad entered the restroom. While inside the bathroom the student kept calling him names and my dad told him to stop, and this is when it escalated. My dad told him he wasn’t going to hit him after he kept asking my dad to him, then my dad walked out of the bathroom and into the hallway. The student follows behind my dad out into the hallway and started to get in my dad’s face. This is when another student came and shoved the boy away from my dad. All of this was caught on camera out in the hallway.[/quote]
