This kid immediately went and told a teacher that my dad tried to hit him. They admonished my dad for not telling admin what happened right away. Despite the boy having a history of behavioral issues they told him that he needed to go home. They said they would call and get a statement from him. This was last Thursday and they still haven’t contacted him….

I don’t know why my dad just hasn’t called them himself. I guess he’s afraid to find out? I have a bad feeling that they just won’t call him and let the school year end.

Anyone in admin or a teacher have experience with something like this? What are your thoughts?[/quote]

Your Dad shoulda beat the daylights outta that kid.

It might’ve been exactly what that little punk needed to turn things around and get him off the path he’s on.  Except that didn’t happen.

The best thing that ever happened to me was when I was 15 and got the sh!t kicked out of me when I thought I was a hard little thug. Got my eyes opened for me. [/quote]
