There are few apartments with 3 bedrooms, but plenty of 2 bedrooms that you can split. You can rent a home but it'll be 4K+ for a 3 bedroom, and this will get you closer to the $1,500 area. There are bigger homes but they cost more and you'll have to manage living with like 4 or 5 people and hoping that no one leaves so that you're not on the hook for paying their share of the rent. Also I think your age makes a difference. Like I feel like a bunch of 20 year olds in a group home makes sense, but a 40 year old person living in a house full of other people is a bit odd.[/quote]
