Bowser is generally viewed as being in the pocket of big development interests. Falcicchio, once known as "Pizza Boy" and later as "Johnny Business" was Bowser's bag man consigliere to developers. DC may have settled the sexual harassment lawsuits against Falcicchio and stuck the taxpayers with the tab, but the Feds reportedly are looking into Johnny Business's business with developers on behalf of Bowser.[/quote]
