I wonder if it's significant though. When you look at the chronic absenteeism rates at the APS elementary schools (where economic disparities are the most stark) higher chronic absenteeism rates seem to correlate with the free and reduced lunch rates. There's no way to know who is actually absent obviously, but it seems like a trend. [/quote]
