Parent of a current student. And yes, dining halls are probably the biggest downside to WM. DD ‘s freshman year was just bad. I was hearing “medium rare chicken” jokes. They got a new dining vendor this year and I’m hearing that it’s better— but still not fantastic.  Whatever that means.  [b]Apparently more upgrades in dining in the works for next year.[/b]  But it’s fair to say no one chooses WM for the awesome food.

I have my kid explaining to me why being a junior and finally being able to buy more dining dollars and fewer meal swipes wouldn’t necessarily be a plus next year.  It sounds like more meal swipe options at more places (more variety) or another actual dining facility besides Sadler and whatever the one on the other side of campus is?  I’m not completely sure. Once we got past medium rare chicken and she begrudgingly stopped griping about the food, I’ve moved on. [/quote]
