If you fudge your height and weight a little, you can get it from an online medspa. I considered going this way, but ultimately I know the hunger will be the same when I have to maintain. So I might as well suffer through now too and gain experience/strategies not to overeat. But every once in a while I’m tempted!
Thanks. I'm so mad at myself and I don't want to take medication, but it's been literally five years of nearly daily resolutions that I'm going to stop eating junk food and then I just cannot do it. If I could do it on my own I think I would have by now. Anyone else tried this when you're not technically overweight but just feeling gross, clothes too tight, and eating poorly in general?
Are you prepared to take the drugs indefinitely? If not, don’t bother, you will just gain the weight back.
But don’t you concede that it’s easier to eat at maintenance calories vs weight loss calories? Some of us eg maintain at 1500 and need to eat 1200 to lose 0.5 lbs a week. So use the ozempic to white knuckle the 1200 period, and then go off it and eat 1500. Why is that not a plausible scenario?
