If you'd bothered reading Silver's article, you'd notice he made a special exemption for BIGLAW.

But BIGLAW also isn't immune from these changes. There's been controversy aplenty in elite law schools that caused concern at BIGLAW firms. Some offers were rescinded last fall. [/quote]
