Is this school part of any forthcoming boundary study? Any chance some at SCES will go to another MS? just trying to find out if there's a possibility of being rezoned.
They are literally co-located, so my guess is no, SCES will not be rezoned.
This. SCES will remain zoned to SSIMS, but whether SSIMS's split-articulated feeder pattern to Northwood and Blair changes is anyone's guess.
So, don't buy in the neighborhood until they decide?
Nah. These are comparable options. I wouldn't hold off on buying a home based on this, unless I had a current high schooler impacted by the Northwoord@Woodward situation. Northwood is going to have a beautiful and modern new building in three years, and has good options for a lot of different kids. Blair is enormous, but very well-run. Both are perfectly fine for your average well-supported college-bound kid.
