I work out every single day. I do cardio [b](that's what keeps my weight down[/b]), but also lift every day. One day arms, next day legs, next day whole body, etc. I don't lift heavy. 20 lbs max. I don't do ab work but I do alot of core. [/quote] No it isn't. It's your diet that keeps your weight down. Do some research on that. Exercise is great for a lot of things, but it doesn't help with weight loss/gain[/quote]
