First, you are not a man, and your experience with them appears to be based on your experience with your ex-husband. He might not have carried about your numbers because he was/is a cuck, and it was not relevant to him.

DP.Me and all my male serious partners, including my husband, have high counts which hasn't been a secret to any of us.

I'm aware that some men care, I just don't think it's my job to keep my count low to avoid offending some dude.
