[/quote] No. CPS is not taking kids away in this scenario. The cases where CPS takes kids away are DIRE and URGENT. This isn't is. The kid isn't in any danger. It's amazing the case worker is coming back to check, actually. Usually they don't care about these situations. Gosh, you guys are ignorant.[/quote]
