I think thinking about as "worth" is wrong.  Its asking if that is what you want for her.  My mom declined to call an ambulance at the end for my grandmother. It appeared that she had a stroke or ??  She called her doctor who asked a similar question.  My grandmother always hated hospitals and did not recover easily from hospital stays.  She died quietly at home 2 days later at 95.  No regrets.[/quote]
