I did not, but it is changing in my 50s. Weight is coming on easier, my stomach is not as tight as before, and there is some arm flab. I now exercise 30 minutes to an hour daily, and my body is bouncing back to okay shape. I am not overweight, maybe 8 lbs more than I would like (bcs I am insane) but most would say I am average weight for my height. 124 for 5'4".
Same here. I have noticed a difference now that I am 50, and post menopausal. I am your height but a little bit heavier. However, I weight-lift more in the winter due to the weather, and balance it out with cardio (running and soccer) in the summer. I will see if I am still the same physique as my old self (20s) by the end of the summer. I usually am, but I am getting old now!
