No, PP is just saying that someone else divided # of seats by # of apps, not # of acceptances by # of apps. Acceptance rate is calculated by dividing # of acceptances by # of apps. That someone else was failing to recognize that all colleges admit more than the # of seats to account for the fact that yield is not 100%.[/quote]
