Actually, I do laugh about cancer. It's a coping mechanism because it's taken so many of my family members from me. And I have a Jewish friend that frequently makes holocaust jokes. People deal with things in their own way.[/quote]

As one of the PP's stated you get a pass because cancer is a part of your life. You'd feel different if outsiders joked about this.

I'm an AA male, the black people I know don't talk like this. We find the 'N word' offensive and are ashamed that 'the worst of us' have embraced it. Someone here even had the nerve to say that this guy was articulate. Under what standard? Urban stereotypes, Ivy league speech...  My teen doesn't talk like this because I don't talk like this. Do all poor whites talk like Honey Boo Boo? I
