The irony here is that I used to be a salon's dream customer -- 10 or so cuts a year plus regular bleach and tone multiple times a year, and I'm adventurous so my colorist used to love me, I helped her build a huge part of her book with a willingness to try things.

I know spend a fraction of what I used to and that will decline further as my grays grow in. I've learned to tone it at home using high quality products. Now it's two very basic cuts a year to maintain a lob, and will soon be no color at all. Spending thousands less than I did when services were less expensive.[/quote]
