No, you are the loon suggesting holding back gifted children because not enough minorities test into the gifted program to your satisfaction.

Because you are a loon, your solution is too hold back all of the gifted children rather than try to HELP the underserved that you reference by, for example, suggesting an alternate test such as a basic IQ test that cannot be prepped for.  Basically, your solution helps no one and punishes children in the gifted program by taking it away from them.  How is that not insane?[/quote]
