It's a long established formula for disgorging illegally obtained monies. Trump also first needs to appeal through the NY appeals court, NY Supreme Court etc. After all, didn't sCrOTUS refuse to hear the case for Trump's immunity earlier, saying Jack Smith had to go through the proper channels first? Trump can't just leapfrog this case, that would truly show the system is rigged[/quote]
