[/quote] No, not [u][/i][b]if[/b][i][/u] OP's all-in budget is $1,000,000, unless the point is that these are just out of reach? #1 is $85,000 over budget and appears to have water damage it seems probably that #2 and #3 need a lot of work and #3 sold for $100,000 over OPs budget so you are starting over budget to begin with.
