No, the person who sucks is Sandoval. If he had one ounce of decency or class, he would have left the home he broke after a 10 year relationship. He is the one who made the decision to leave the relationship so live with the consequences. So classless to make her leave her home when she didn't do anything wrong.[/quote]

The only reason they are in the home is (1) it makes for a batsh#t storyline and (2) I’m convinced they are underwater on their home because they took a HELOC against the house to fund part of the build out for Schwartz and Sandy’s. Prices have decline in LA by 5-15% off the post-pandemic highs. I don’t think they can sell the house without bringing a lot of cash to the table to satisfy the lender. [/quote]
