We vacation together and have very similar parenting styles. I trust my kid at their house...and know where they hang out, where the alcohol is/isn't, and know that the parents are super engaged when the kids are there. Kid is leaving for college in 6m so in 6m I won't be engaging in a conversation with him when he gets home.[/quote]
