[/quote] If you are an endocrinologist from 20+ years ago. Anything over 2.0 is a sign of thyroid issues. I have Hashimotos, I see a functional med doctor. Once I got my thyroid undercotnrol with supplements and diet (largely diet), I feel so much better. I can tell when things start to go out of wack (thanks menopause---menopause with Hashimoto's is just such a drain on ever feeling normal again), get bloodwork and my TSH is always high if I'm feeling like crap [/quote]
