It is a warning that the person driving this car could do something stupid….. Change lanes without signaling, stopped abruptly, swerve, etc. If you are expecting all other drivers to drive as well as you, and stay on their lane 100% of the time, the sticker is to let you know that this one person probably has 2 months of experience compared to your 20 years.
