And management meetings or internal client meetings meant to encompass various time zones, set in advance, no question.

WFH makes this a lot easier and should be recognized- you’re gaining flexibility, so be flexible!! It’s not a one-way street.

So this person refused to come to the meeting because of a workout class. Does it change your mind because they arent parents?

I just think our time away from work should be OURS. Whether its because of kids, gym, medical issues, etc. [/quote]
