i am very hard working with many years of experience. my parents didn’t tell me i am special but taught hard work. never been on IEP. Every one makes mistakes trying to figure out how to correct it. Beating others down doesn’t uplift you.

You need to email your boss explaining that you are at work 8 hours a day but due to the noise you have been going somewhere else to work and NAME the location if it is still in the office (are you really physically close to your cube because it sounds like you leave?). Ask if this is OK and add if it isn't then you will stay at in your cube and perhaps next time there is an open cube you can move into it.

You need to practice using capital letters. It is distracting reading your writing when you don't capitalize the first word in EVERY sentence. If you are emailing co-workers in this style it give a negative impression on your skills. [/quote]
