[/quote] NP and several close family members of mine have celiacs and I have a family member who died from not being diagnosed early on with celiacs. GF actually is hard- cross contamination happens often, my family members are incredibly sensitive to small amounts of gluten. They bring their own food when they eat at most restaurants. They probably wouldn’t touch the GF food offered anyway. [/quote]
