[/quote]Congrats on being admitted to both VT and UMD. For high stats STEM kids in Northern Virginia, UMD is the easier admit but as has been pointed out, these are not safeties. And lest anyone gets the wrong impression, VT as a whole is plenty diverse, with 60% white. CS and engineering will be closer to 50%.[/quote]
