You need to have at least a 1420 and a 4.0 with no Cs (though the stats can change from year to year depending on the pool). I don't know if everyone who meets these stats get the OOS Tuition waiver. But you need to hit the minimum stats to be considered. The OOS Tuition waiver will essentially give you the cost of in-state. We are in Virginia. With the OOS waiver, our cost would be under $25k all in (which is cheaper or the same as many in-state schools in VA). [/quote]
