RE: Dryness Creme de la Femme, on Amazon Subscribe & Save, plus Vaginal estrogen to prevent atrophy (deemed "safe" by Gyn) ~ 60 y.o.
Is vaginal estrogen an RX? --same woman approaching 50 as above, who is appreciative of the info being shared
Slightly off-topic, but I just turned 50 and after feeling like my OB, who I loved during my childbearing years, was ready to put me out to pasture, I switched to a doctor I found on menopause.org. I’m just having beginning symptoms of peri, so dryness isn’t a yet, but I went to her and said “I’m living my best life and don’t want to be put out to pasture. What do we need to do?” And she was all over it. She walked through what to expect and said, just message me if you need the cream or anything else. Point is, I suggest you find yourself a good Doctor Who will see you through these years now when you’re not in a hurry.
