Then in my 40s- I’ve been measured at 5’5”. Still getting 5’5” at multiple different doctor’s offices. Really strange. Meanwhile my husband has definitely lost an entire I’m h or more at 52. We are both VERY athletic. Tons of weights, weight bearing exercises, fit yoga in too. No idea why he’s shrinking more [/quote]
