Sickening.[/quote] Some of this is the state's fault. I believe they're the ones who penalize schools for having high numbers of suspensions. Particularly for black boys. So principals spin and minimize as much as possible to avoid having to suspend, and even when they do suspend, [b]central office [/b]can and does reject those recommendations.[/quote] Of course, big brother.[/quote]
