I have this same question.

I’m assuming the digestive side effects are right after the shot, but how about fatigue? Is that constant or just right after the shot?

And does the benefit wear off towards the end of week? Significantly? [/quote]

My worst side effects were in the mornings 1-3 days after injections. It helped some to have dinner early in the evening.

Honestly I wouldn’t start this medication or increase your dose if you have a huge week at work.

That said, I just had an hour or two of throwing up and then I was fine. I never missed work or anything. And after a few months those side effects went away. [/quote]
