My DD applied at the last possible moment, and she received a cypher card.[/quote] When you apply doesn't have much to do with when they review your application, that has more to do with the context your app is reviewed in--e.g. your high school/region etc. Some areas have a lot more people applying and it's going to take more time to choose the strongest applications in that context.[/quote]
