Again, if she doesn't plan to be vegan for the rest of her life it's BS. Sure some weight will fall off but she will gain it all back. How about eating a healthy Mediterranean diet, while restricting your calories so you achieve a sustainable deficit? Guaranteed she will lose weight. In a healthy way.[/quote]
