We use every inch of it and day to day it's fine, and we don't need room for overnight guests because our family is local. But, right now the two younger kids share a bedroom so we can keep one of the rooms as an office. When all three are teens it's going to be tight. I'd say if we had another 400 or 500 square feet it would be perfect -- one extra bedroom and a mudroom. As is I'm thinking of building an office shed in the backyard to get us through the teen years.[/quote]
