That was my takeaway from last week's meeting.[/quote] Not when you elect people to enact these policies. It would have to be something like denying voting rights to certain races. But in DC's case, voters and politicians believe the lack of criminal arrest and prosecution is a benefit to POC so there will be no investigation. States rights let you experiment but that just means outsiders will just point and laugh if the result is bad.[/quote]
