Also, I’ll add our stats: 300k in Arlington. Lucked out on buying pre-pandemic and re-fi’d for a sub 3% mortgage. There is also family money so that college is covered for all 3, which is a huge weight lifted and honestly helped us feel more comfortable going for the third. Jobs are very secure/flexible and I anticipate will go up somewhat more although I doubt we’ll ever go above 350-400k. [/quote]
