No, I'm not. I'm talking about my lived experience. When you can't pull kids out of class who are ahead, because that isn't fair to the kids who are left behind, and you can't have a classroom of kids who all can't read or write specifically so they CAN be taught to read or write, because that's not fair, then there's a problem. Kids aren't learning much in MCPS these days.[/quote]
