Some real sociopaths on this board. Clearly these are people that are borne without a sense of empathy. Or had terrible parenting. I'm sure these are the same people that never remove the snow from the roof of their car and wait until it turns into a sixty pound sheet of ice that eventually blows into the car behind it.

Calling code enforcement is the right thing to do. Maybe fines will change behavior. And then proceed with some pettiness. Always park cars in front of their house. Let the neighborhood dogs use their front yard. And don't bother picking up because that would be trespassing, right? It's just fertilizer anyway. It'll go away on its own. Why bother.[/quote]
