I was also scared off by all the online talk of side effects as well and delayed taking the meds for months as a result. But here's the thing--as with any drug, if you start getting unwanted side effects, you tell your doctor and they will tell you to stop, reduce the dosage, or switch you to something else. When I finally got on Wegovy--under a doctor's care--I experienced zero side effects. I don't think I'm the only one. The best side effect besides weight loss after decades? A steep drop in bp (I had hypertension previously) and a huge improvement in my blood lipid panel. [/quote]

Exactly. The health risks of being overweight/obese are significant and Ozempic has worked for me without side effects. I am no longer prediabetic and am in much better physical shape in terms of ability to exercise. [/quote]
