I have met a lot of women over 45 who are very thin and I think it looks good on them. Also for a lot of people, it's not possible to just put on 5-10 pounds. Many people are kind of programmed for thinness and the only way they are gaining weight is through unhealthy eating and putting on a lot of weight. Trust me, it would not improve their appearance.
