[/quote] What are you talking about? 2500%? Even the sweetest sugar cereals probably have less than 15 grams per serving. A candy bar probably 20-25g. Most sweet processed foods are all going to be somewhere in that range or a bit more per serving. Just about the daily amount that is recommend as a healthy guideline and about half of the FDA 50 grams. [/quote]
