[/quote] +1 my untreated ocd was debilitating. My treated ocd (combination of mindfulness, past exposure therapies and CBT, and medication) is very manageable. In fact, I think it’s even helpful to know your type of crazy! I’m so thankful my DH accepted my diagnosis with grace when we were dating! We’ve been happily married for 15 years with a whole gaggle of messy, chaotic kids. :) [/quote]
